Amber is a natural element that has fascinated mankind since ancient times and has always held an important place in historical traditions. Organoleptic Profile

Color
Deep golden yellow (amber).

Nose
A floral and spicy bouquet, characteristic of young grappa, in perfect harmony with the wood’s delicate vanilla notes.

Palate
Initial citrus and spicy notes gradually give way to a crescendo of vanilla and tea leaves. The flavour is intense and enveloping, with extraordinary persistence.

42,5% ABV

Downward movement of the pomace in a continuous still with three distillation stages, with a countercurrent flow of water vapour, producing phlegm at 35–40% ABV. This is followed by the fractional distillation of the phlegm in a copper column with 23 plates.

At least eighteen months in large Slavonian oak vats.
