Barolo Grappa

Barolo pomace produces a young, intense, and straightforward grappa that energetically expresses the strength of the grape variety and the freshness of its youth, while maintaining a refined elegance.

Moscato and Brachetto Grappa Riserva

Vitally aromatic grape varieties combine their generous notes of unmistakable freshness with the more mature, enveloping sensory traits imparted by oak ageing, creating a fascinating harmony of primary, secondary and tertiary aromas.

Erbaluce Grappa

It is a rather rare white grape variety, found almost exclusively in Upper Piedmont. It produces pomace with pleasant floral notes, easily distinguishable even in the wine.
