A grappa that captures the aromatic essence of the Moscato grape, enhanced by an ageing process that smooths its natural sweetness and amplifies its floral and fruity notes
Oro di Barolo

Premium
Oro di Barolo
This is the result of Distillerie Francoli’s historical heritage in terms of the woods used for aging, but also for having kept the best fruits of its garden separate and at rest, with patience and sacrifice. Eighty-eight barriques were purchased in a single transaction in 1988. Since then, those woods have continued to perform their function, proving that their activity does not end after a few years of use.
Organoleptic Profile
Color
Intense gold, almost amber, bright
Nose
Intense and of noble finesse. A broad and well-balanced array of aromas: vanilla, tobacco, tea leaves, black pepper, eucalyptus, raisins and candied fruit.
Palate
A noble and refined entry, with remarkable balance. It envelops the palate with the austere yet warm notes of long ageing. The finish pleasantly reveals black pepper, with extraordinary flavor and aromatic persistence.
