GRAPPA MOSCATO INVECCHIATA

LE ORIGINI
GRAPPA MOSCATO INVECCHIATA
Finest white Moscato pomace from Piedmont, delicately distilled with a gentle touch of steam, gives life to a young Moscato Grappa whose aromatic fragrance is later enhanced through its wonderful union with the smooth, mature, and enveloping sensations that come from aging in small wooden barrels.
Organoleptic Profile
Color
Amber hues with reflections tending toward antique rose gold
Aroma
Hints of exotic fruit blend with fresher notes of acacia, wisteria, elderflower, and rosemary. The wood notes are complex and well harmonized with the fruity and floral components
Taste
Round on the palate, with a sweet and generous entry that remains well-balanced and composed. The flavor harmony is enhanced by the body and persistence of the distillate, which “fills the mouth” with great authority and character. Sweet and balsamic nuances, with traces of acacia honey. The aftertaste is clean and confirms the initial aromatic sensations. Long and persistent, yet never cloying or overly sweet
Technical specifications
Distillation of the pomace in a continuous horizontal still heated by steam, followed by fractional distillation in a 23-plate copper column
